Operations Intern (Sports Marketing/Events/Promotions)

Duration:
April 1, - October 31, 2015; adjustable based upon course scheduling.
Duties:
- Research new event ideas, vendors, and entertainment.
- Assist in the execution of all events, including LRRS, track rental, and NASCAR race weekends.
- Assist in day to day activities for operations of LRRS.
- Assist in managing Granite State Legend Car shop.
- Assist in marketing and promotion of Granite State Legend Cars.
- Assist in distributing credentials during major event weekends.
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
- Provide exceptional customer and fan service.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be receiving course credit, this is an unpaid internship
Must be available to work weekends
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Must have sufficient experience with Microsoft Office
Must have ability to use basic power tools
Must have general knowledge of basic construction techniques
additional hours on event weekends will be required, schedule is flexible.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
