Everyday is a beautiful day of flowers!! The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of shipping and receiving tasks in support of PVG's Logistics department.
Your talks will include restocking, pulling material for shipment, delivering material to specific departments and recording data.
Overall Job Functions Receive and verify product Restock hard goods and items in the warehouse Assist in pulling plants, hard goods or tags Delivering inbound shipments to the correct department Prepare outbound items for shipping Safety and Sanitation Daily clean-up of work area Schedule Position requires extreme flexibility regarding hours necessary to successfully meet shipping demands (i.

during peak season) Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent attention to detail, accurate data entry, organization and time management skills Proficiency in MS office products including Excel, Outlook and Word and the ability to learn custom software (PICAS) is necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines Possess a positive attitude and solid work ethic Work in both locations Education and Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent is required One or more years of college preferred Valid Driver's license Ability to be trained and certified on heavy equipment Competencies Required Continuous improvement Innovative Honest/Ethical/Integrity Quality Focused Customer Focused Intermediate Computer skills We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a learning environment and dedication to our employees!
